BILLY HAWS
Mr. Billy Haws founded the company in 1968, after which he grew the organization until his retirement in 1991. He now serves as mentor and consultant to the staff and management of AHI.
TRACI HAWS
Ms. Traci Haws is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of AHI. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in finance. She is also a graduate of Southwestern Paralegal (Institute) as a Certified Paralegal. Traci has been involved in the janitorial business for over 25 years. She is experienced in all aspects of the business and continues to lead the company’s growth and success strategies.
TODD HADDOCK
Todd Haddock is Vice President of Sales/Marketing and Development. Prior to joining AHI, Todd held many positions with the number one replacement battery company in the United States, Interstate Battery. He has 23 years experience in Sales/Marketing and was responsible for 248 Independent Distributors with sales over $675 million dollars. Todd is working closely with his Executive Management Team developing new strategies for future growth and building customer satisfaction. Todd is also active in BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet, BSCAI, and ISSA.
MARK CANNON
Mark Cannon, as Vice President of Operations, joined AHI’s team in 1991 and has since then demonstrated strong expertise in customer service management, supply management, quality control inspection, account management, transition management and regional management. His experience includes sourcing unique solutions to customer’s needs (Workspace Utilization Audit, Developing Sports Fields, LEED Support, Shred Programs, Energy Efficient Cleaning Schedules, Waste Stream Management). Previous to joining AHI, Mark was employed for seven years as a professional football player in the NFL. Mark is a 1987 graduate of UT Arlington business school (BSBA).
MATT TAYLOR
Matt Taylor, as Corporate Controller joined AHI in 2005. He is a graduate from the University of Texas at Austin, with a degree in Finance. Matt’s primary focus is on ensuring accurate and profitable financial reporting by working closely with the executive management team. He is also a skilled manager of AHI’s Administrative department consisting of Accounting, Payroll, and Purchasing as well as the supervisor of the warehouse personal. Matt is devoted to customer satisfaction and vendor relationships.
ROGER ORILLION
Roger Orillon, as Director of Business Development, joined the AHI team in 1993 after a long and successful career in national and international sales. He was directly responsible for the development of the national account program, taking AHI from a regional service company to a national service Provider. Roger is an active member of IFMA
LUKE BRUNS
Luke Bruns, serves as Director of Business Development. He joined the AHI team in 2005 after graduating from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations. He has been instrumental in the development of new Fortune 500 customers nationally and also in developing preferred vendor relationships between AHI and major third party facility management and property management firms. Luke is an active member of BOMA, IREM, CoreNet and IFMA.
ALEX TRUJILLO
Alex Trujillo joined AHI in 2003 and serves as Asst. Vice President. Alex has 13 years of experience in the Commercial Janitorial Industry, and through his extensive training holds several industry certifications such as OSHA certification, Green Cleaning University certification, Aerial Platforms and Lifts certification, and Clean Rooms Certification. Alex manages the operation of services for multiple customers’, equivalent to 6 million square feet of cleanable space in the DFW branch.
ANTONIO ARZATE
Antonio Arzate as our Quality Control Manager/Safety Director joins AHI with 15 years experience in Quality Assurance/Control Management. He has been part of obtaining and maintaining Government Contracts, Plastics, Automotive, Food, Medical and Cosmetic quality systems. He currently holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from UTA/TMAC. Antonio has 8 years experience as Safety Director in the Plastics, Food Service and Medical Industry and is currently pursuing his CQE.
KURTIS KRANTZ
Kurtis Krantz serves as National Director of Operations for AHI. He has over 14 years experience in Facility Management with several Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes RFP negotiation processes and the management of contracts in housekeeping, landscaping, food services, shipping and receiving, mailroom services, interior plants, project construction and facility maintenance. He manages the KPI reporting program for AHI which tracks the quality control inspections, safety training, employee turnover and customer feedback. He is one of our lead transition managers for new accounts. He directs operations for more than 7 million square feet of our National accounts.
BILL TOOLEY
Bill, as Director of Business Development for Houston, joined the AHI Facility Services team in 2009 after a successful career in the bio-solids & wastewater management industry for SouthWaste Services. His experience in developing accountability and sustainability corporate programs is transferring well into the commercial janitorial service industry. Prior to his experience with SouthWaste, Bill was a national account representative for Edward Don & Company to national restaurant chain operators such as Brinker International, Darden and Landry’s Restaurants where he achieved the company’s highest sales recognition as a Bell Ringer. Bill is an active member of the Houston chapter of IFMA.
DUSTIN CLEAVINGER
Dustin Cleavinger is our Director of Business Development for the Austin/San Antonio territory. Dustin has over 5 years of experience in consultative business-to-business sales as well as transition and production management. He obtained a bachelors degree from Lubbock Christian University in the fall of 2005. Dustin is an active member of BOMA and IFMA.
