Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Traci Haws is Owner and Chief Executive Officer of AHI. She is a graduate of University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in finance. She is also a graduate of Southwestern Paralegal (Institute) as a Certified Paralegal. Traci has been involved in the janitorial business for over 25 years. She is experienced in all aspects of the business and continues to lead the company’s growth and success strategies.
Todd Haddock serves as President over AHI Facility Services, Inc and oversees all aspects from operations to business development and planning. Prior to joining AHI, Todd held many positions with the number one replacement battery company in the United States, Interstate Battery. He has 23 years experience in Sales/Marketing and was responsible for 248 Independent Distributors with sales over $675 million dollars. Todd is working closely with his Executive Management Team developing new strategies for future growth and building customer satisfaction. Todd is also active in BOMA, IFMA, CoreNet, BSCAI, and ISSA.
Director of Business Development
Luke Bruns, serves as Director of Business Development. He joined the AHI team in 2005 after graduating from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations. He has been instrumental in the development of new Fortune 500 customers nationally and also in developing preferred vendor relationships between AHI and major third party facility management and property management firms. Luke is an active member of BOMA, IREM, CoreNet and IFMA.
VP Of Operations
As AHI Facility Services’ VP Of Operations, Paul Velasquez manages and oversees the daily operations of AHI’s area and project managers. With 20 years of industry experience, Paul’s management helps ensure that our customers are provided the best possible customer experience by the most cost effective means available. Paul’s experience spans the industry from on-site account manager to overseeing multiple locations and millions of square feet of serviced space. Paul joined AHI Facility Services, Inc. in 2011 where his industry knowledge helps maximize both service and profitability for our customers and expanding company.
Director of Business Development
Teresa Estrada joined the AHI team in 2010 as Director of Business Development serving the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. With 13 years experience inside the janitorial service industry, her background consists of office and legal administration. Realizing a strong dedication to customer service and relationship building, she moved into Operations and Sales within the industry in 2000. Teresa is an active member of several professional organizations including the Dallas IREM chapter, the Fort Worth IREM chapter, CoreNet and IFMA.
Director of Landscaping Services
Mathew Stewart Serves as Director of Landscape Services. Mathew manages the Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Construction Divisions daily operations for the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metropolis. With over 20 years in the Lawn and Landscape industry, along with his education in horticulture and agriculture, he ensures that industry standards are not only accomplished but surpassed in quality and service. Applying a personal passion for the industry, dedicated to strong employee relations, education of his staff, and actively involved in each project the department acquires. Mathew is active in the continuously changing areas of State and Federal guidelines in Irrigation and Landscape Environmental practices ensuring they are applied to each job. Mathew is also a member of the Texas Nursery and Landscape Association.
Jared Berry, Director of Business Development, joined the AHI team in 2016. He is a Certified Hospital Environmental Services Professional (CHESP). He has over 27 years of janitorial services and healthcare experience. He provides innovative solutions for clients. Active member of AHE, BOMA and IFMA.
